Greg Lui allegedly used Earthmade Computer Inc to order servers with Nvidia A100, H100, PNY GeForce RTX 4090, and GeForce RTX 5090 GPUs, routing them through Malaysia and Singapore to circumvent U.S. export controls.
The scheme began around October 2023 and continued until at least August 12, 2026. Lui is charged with export control violations, outbound smuggling, and money laundering — maximum 50 years combined.
