Cloudflare launched closed beta for self-serve OHTTP Gateway and renamed Privacy Gateway to Cloudflare OHTTP Relay. Customers behind Cloudflare could not use Cloudflare-operated relay on both hops; Gateway solves the trust-boundary separation.
Flo Health uses OHTTP for Anonymous Mode; Apple Private Cloud Compute uses it to disassociate AI inference from user identities. General availability planned for fall 2026.
