Overview
A 54-firm cross-industry taskforce convened by HM Treasury Wholesale Digital Markets Champion chris-woolard (July 13, 2026), backed by the City of London Corporation, to scale tokenisation of UK wholesale markets. First live use case: tokenised-repo. Nine Action Groups cover issuance, collateral, funds, payment rails, legal certainty, interoperability, and more. Participants include BlackRock, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, DTCC, Circle, Coinbase, Ripple, and others.
