CapitalOS, a money orchestration layer for B2B platforms, has raised $21.9 million in Series A funding.
The round was led by GVP, with participation from WEX Venture Capital, Group11, Great North Ventures, Night Capital and existing investors. CapitalOS’s embedded spend management platform promises to automate the heavy lifting of money orchestration, helping platforms launch cards, bill pay, wallets, and receivables in days. Behind the scenes, a system of specialised agents manage operational complexity, including underwriting, compliance, capital, and risk management.
The company is used by dozens of B2B platforms, covering 25,000 cards handling billions in spend. Nir Dremer, CEO, CapitalOS, says: “Vertical SaaS & AI platforms are experts in their domains, not building payments infrastructure. Our goal is to build the best financial infrastructure so any platform company can offer their end customers world class financial products.
