HSBC RedCoin (RCHKD) went live on PayMe 23 October 2026 under HKMA Stablecoins Ordinance licence FRS02. More than 3.3 million PayMe users can activate in-app wallets for P2P and P2M payments at 100,000+ merchants. Tokenised investment products on HSBC HK App planned later. Cross-channel transfers between PayMe and mobile banking wallets are not supported at launch.
