Sept 29 (Reuters) - EliseAI said on Tuesday it had raised 4 billion.
The funding round was led by Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer Venture Partners, with participation from Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, Sapphire Ventures and Navitas Capital.
EliseAI develops AI tools to automate administrative workflows for housing and healthcare systems.
The company said it will use the funds to expand its engineering, deployment and sales teams and establish San Francisco as a second engineering hub alongside its New York headquarters.
EliseAI said its software is used by 1 in 6 apartments across the United States and that it passed $200 million in annual recurring revenue this summer.
Earlier in September, EliseAI launched Apollo, an agentic AI teammate capable of performing tasks across its platform for property management teams.
