Meta founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg announced the Meta Enterprise Platform, described as the next major pillar of Meta’s business to help businesses use AI to grow and transform.
Chirantan “CJ” Desai will join Meta as Chief Enterprise Platform Officer, reporting directly to Zuckerberg. Desai joins from MongoDB, where he was CEO and President. Before that he led product and engineering at Cloudflare and spent nearly eight years at ServiceNow.
The platform will initially prioritize a suite of tools including the Muse agent, Meta Business Agent, Muse API, and Muse Code.
Desai stated: “Meta Enterprise Platform will focus on bringing Meta’s AI stack to businesses. As with all of Meta’s enterprise offerings, security and governance will be built in from the outset.”
