Pave Finance Secures $15M Series A to Scale AI-Powered Wealth Management Platform
NEW YORK, NY – September 14, 2026. Pave Finance, Inc. (“Pave”), the leading AI-powered portfolio management platform for financial advisors, today announced it has raised over 100 million pre-money valuation.
With financial advisors still held back by time-consuming manual processes, the industry is increasingly seeking technology that can help manage more personalized portfolios efficiently across a greater number of client accounts. This new round of funding comes as the wealth management industry continues to grow in both scale and complexity. It is projected that AUM in the global wealth management market will reach 3.4 trillion in annual revenue by 2030.
This new capital will be used to grow Pave’s team, including the expansion of its market-facing and internal engineering functions as the company continues to scale its technology and reach within the wealth management industry. The financing included investment from advisory firms, former executive officers and board members of leading financial services firms in the U.S. and company insiders.
Advisors using Pave now oversee more than $130 billion in assets across more than 300,000 accounts, reflecting the increasing adoption of the platform for portfolio management and automation.
Pave is an AI-powered portfolio management platform that helps RIAs and wealth management firms build, personalize and manage client portfolios at scale while reducing the time, cost and operational burden for advisors.
“Reaching this funding stage reflects the growing demand for modernized platforms we’re witnessing within the financial advisory space. As advisory businesses grow, firms must now find efficient ways to manage a larger volume of clients who are simultaneously demanding greater personalization in their portfolios,” said Christopher Ainsworth, Chief Executive Officer at Pave Finance. “This funding gives us additional resources to grow our team and continue investing in the technology that saves advisors time and resources, ultimately translating to lower fees and more tailored client experiences.”
This Series A round follows Pave’s $14 million oversubscribed seed financing round in September 2025 and marks the company’s latest step in expanding its technology and presence within the wealth management industry.
Pave tracks more than 50,000+ publicly traded securities globally, enabling U.S. wealth advisors to manage equity and multi-asset portfolios. Advisors can easily exclude sectors, industries or assets, account for existing holdings and tax considerations and optimize for each client’s risk tolerance. The platform integrates seamlessly with custodians, enabling fast onboarding.
Pave’s leadership team combines over 200 years of experience at financial institutions such as Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan, Fidelity, and several hedge funds, as well as technology companies such as Google, Apple, Meta, Amazon, Wealthfront, DriveWealth, and E-Trade.
