Larry Ellison canceled a Rule 10b5-1 plan to sell up to 50 million Oracle shares worth approximately $7.5 billion. Oracle said no shares were sold and Ellison has no other planned sales. The plan adopted June 22, 2026 was set to expire October 24, 2026. Oracle stock is down nearly 23% YTD amid heavy data center capex; Oracle did not give a reason for cancellation. Ellison owns over 38% of Oracle per LSEG data.
