The company announced plans to acquire Transact Bank, a Colorado-based institution chartered by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) and FDIC-insured. Following closing, Transact Bank will be rebranded as TabaBank, N.A., and will operate under TabaHoldings, Inc., a newly registered bank holding company.

The deal is expected to conclude during the fourth quarter of 2026, contingent upon regulatory approval.
