Visa is expanding stablecoin payment offerings through Zerohash, allowing eligible Visa Direct clients to prefund accounts and send payouts using stablecoins. Businesses can fund Visa Direct accounts with stablecoins before making payments, managing liquidity outside banking hours. Recipients can receive payouts directly in stablecoins.
Follows January BVNK pilot on Visa Direct and July Visa Stablecoin Platform launch. Part of Visa’s broader stablecoin integration across its global payments network.
