HappyRobot, a company developing agentic AI for supply chains, has raised $150 million in Series C funding led by Prysm Capital and co-led by Eurazeo. Existing investors a16z, Base10, Y Combinator are doubling down with participation from strategics Koch Disruptive Technologies (KDT), KFund, Orange, and T.Capital (Deutsche Telekom), Bankinter, Endeavor Catalyst and Wave-X.
The round values the company at 200 million.
HappyRobot’s platform enables organisations to build, deploy, and manage AI agents that automate complex operational workflows across voice, email, documents, and the web. Initial agents typically go live within 4 to 12 weeks; ongoing sprints refine production agents.
Company-cited metrics: one customer automating 28,000 hours/month; customer care agents 9.4/10 CSAT and >70% autonomous resolution on average; operational teams 10x capacity; sales 5x revenue via underutilised channels. 150+ enterprise customers including DHL, Kuehne + Nagel, Naturgy, Repsol, and Uber; grown 5x since Series B late last year.
Expanding beyond logistics into insurance, energy/utilities, telecoms, airlines. Eight offices across North America, Europe, LATAM, and Australia.
CEO Pablo Palafox: “Getting agents to do work is the starting point, not the destination… enterprise superintelligence… requires a platform and a deployed motion capable of operationalising that platform inside a specific business.”
