Harmony Raises $34M in Seed Funding

Harmony, a NYC-based provider of an AI-powered enterprise service management platform, raised $34M in Seed funding.
The round was led by Lightspeed Venture Partners with participation from Hitachi Ventures, Fin Capital, Mercer Ventures, Operator Partners, and angel investors including Assaf Rappaport and Ofir Ehrlich.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate product development, expand its team, deepen integrations across the enterprise software ecosystem, and expand its AI-powered capabilities across infrastructure and operations, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, and enterprise resource planning.
Founded by CEO Nitzan Shapira and Ran Ribenzaft, Harmony provides an AI platform that delivers personalized, context-aware employee support across IT, HR, finance, procurement, and legal. Deployed directly within collaboration tools like Slack and Microsoft Teams, their solution uses AI agents and organizational context to give employees a single place to access enterprise systems, knowledge, and workflows, featuring more than 100 prebuilt agents that deploy in days to resolve requests instantly across connected enterprise systems.
Customers include n8n, eToro, Cyera, and KITH.
