Convert SQL with the agentic code converter

Uses Genie Code to convert T-SQL, Snowflake SQL, Redshift SQL, Oracle, BigQuery, Teradata to ANSI SQL for Databricks. Migration projects organize work; subagents convert concurrently; validate and retry failing sections.
Beta limits:
- Max 300 files per batch
- Max 1,000 lines per script
- Teradata BTEQ scripts not yet supported
