Encore AI raises $30M to build AI agents that learn from customer calls

Encore AI (founded 2022 as Insait IO by CEO Dvir Ginzburg) raised $30 million Series A led by Team8, with Planven, Lukatz, and The Garage participating, plus banks and insurers that first used the product. The platform uses “interaction mining” on call recordings, emails, texts, and CRM data to train AI agents for revenue outcomes (sales, collections, support) rather than call deflection. Agents can speak with customers or act as wingman assistants. Proceeds fund U.S. sales expansion and large financial-institution deployments.
