Cisco open-sources AI models for bug hunting

Cisco released Antares SLMs for repository-level vulnerability localization. Antares-350M and Antares-1B on Hugging Face for verified cyber defenders; Antares-3B held for Cisco products.
On Cisco’s VLoc Bench, models performed similarly to larger closed models (GPT-5.5, GLM-5.2). Cost claim: 500 repos ~15 min / <100 for GPT-5.5. Local/on-prem design. Cisco worked with U.S. government agencies on safety/release; downloads vetted.
