Bases: Ministral-3-8B / Ministral-3-3B. 32,768-token context; OpenMDW-1.1; 34 languages. 1B via ModelOpt NAS prune + COS/MSE distillation. NVFP4 up to 2× Blackwell throughput. Use cases: multilingual RAG, code retrieval, agent memory, tiered RAG.
