The round was co-led by Blackstone, Noteus, Airbus, and Advent, with Bond, Fidelity, Wellington Management, Balderton, and HV Capital participating. Defense tech companies have raised a record 11.2 billion in all of 2025.
CEO Florian Seibel said the company is profitable, deployed globally, and now has more than $1.2 billion of dry powder to execute on production scale-up, supply chain resilience, allied market expansion, and AI/software R&D.
