June 30, 2026 — LeapXpert, a New York City-based developer of a digital communications governance and compliant messaging intelligence platform, raised $180 million in growth funding.
The round was led by Riverwood Capital, with participation from existing investor Portage Ventures. Jeff Parks of Riverwood Capital joined LeapXpert’s board of directors.
The company will use the funds to deepen AI capabilities, accelerate sales across the public sector and financial services, and expand its senior leadership team. LeapXpert bridges consumer messaging apps (WhatsApp, Signal, WeChat, iMessage) with enterprise tools while maintaining regulatory compliance.
